Event - K-Nex Challenge

June 2009

In June 2009, the children from Saint Anne's had the opportunity to put their engineering skills to the test.

Working in pairs, everyone was given the chance to build their own model. They had to build a race car and improve its skills so it could make a difference to its performance and speed. Then, at the end of the session, the children had a moment to demonstrate their mechanism.

This challenge allowed the children to boost their imagination, creativity and ingenuity. They came up with some fantastic models. The lucky winners were from Year 6. Well done to them.
