St. Anne’s is a 'Healthy School' and we actively encourage children to bring healthy lunchboxes and snacks.
All children are encouraged to bring their own bottle of water into school on a daily basis.
Children in Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 receive a piece of fresh fruit to eat at break time provided by the DfE free fruit scheme. Children can have toast at break time for a small cost of £5 per year. Milk is also available for 25p per day.
As an alternative to bringing lunch from home, a healthy, balanced school meal can be purchased on a daily basis from the school kitchen.
Our school meal menus follow a three-week cycle. Our current menus can be read below:
- Dinner Menu (pdf)
Our school cooks - Mrs Bradley and Mrs Swaby.
We enjoy sitting together at lunchtime.
Hmm, what shall we choose from the salad bar today?
